Pricing Policy:
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the vehicle required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
Customer Service Policy:
City Hino is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your request, we will notify you within 4 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative or a full refund of your holding deposit.
Holding Deposit Refund Policy:
City Hino will hold the item for 7 working days from the date the deposit is paid. If you no longer want to purchase the item and have not yet signed the contract, City Hino will fully refund your holding deposit.

We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. City Hino uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from City Hino Shop only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
